This deluxe villa is situated directly on the beach, with a fine tennis court and pool, offering extraordinary amenities and intimacy of a home.

The villa lies on Barnes Bay at the west end of Anguilla. The 13,000 sq. ft. facility was designed by Deborah Burke, the well-known architect who has designed the Calvin Klein stores, as well as other noted properties. The interior designer has created Cap Juluca, and a large portfolio of other upscale, well-known private homes and resorts. The style is contemporary, recalling Mediterranean and Moroccan archetypes, with limestone terraces, marble European baths, handcrafted mosaics, and wonderful gardens with marble courtyard and seating amidst a circular waterfall.

The property's amenities including private pool, all-weather tennis, well-trained staff with chef, and sandy beach front acres combine perfectly with the design ambiance of experts in their field.

There are seven bedrooms, plus one convertible bedroom totaling eight bedrooms to accommodate up to fourteen/sixteen guests. All are large and commodious, with air conditioning, walk-in closets, and deluxe appointments. Two bedrooms have domed ceilings above the beds. Each room has a private phone, with data-link available, and cable for a mobile TV. Most importantly, the bedrooms are set to be close, yet allow privacy. Each has its own entrance, private terrace, and special decor. Every room has at least two sets of French doors, which open up to a spectacular view of the sea.

The main building houses the common areas, which include a living room, wet bar, dining room, kitchen, and office. A covered arcade, with plenty of sitting room and several mosaic fountains, separates the main buildings from the fresh water swimming pool. The 40 ft. x25 ft. pool is suspended above the beach, which is just steps away.

Swimming Pool (40 ft. x 25 ft.) This free form freshwater pool is suspended above the ocean. The pool is crafted for lap swimming or just lounging along the shallow ledge that surrounds it. The pool terrace, which is surrounded by planters, is over 3000 sq. ft. with plenty of room for lying in the sun on one of many lounge chairs or lunch al fresco under an umbrella. Several staircases lead from the the terrace through a small garden down to the beach.
