Absolutely perfect, magical situation! Luxurious villa, steps away from private, white sandy beach and deep blue seas. Each room has a view of the Caribbean Sea and the terrace overlooks the swimming pool, with steps beyond leading down through the gardens to the private beach. All rooms open to patios or sun porches. The large living room has French doors opening onto a verandah boasting a magnificent view of the sea and the islands beyond. It is beautifully furnished with a unique blend of antique and modern, including hi-fi, television, video, and gym. Adjoining is the dining hall, with steps down to a luxury kitchen, fully equipped with microwave, split level cooker, gas hob unit, and island unit with dishwasher. The kitchen has a dining area with French doors out to the patio.

There are two ground-floor bedrooms (one queen, and one with two twins), each with en suite showers, which again lead onto the terrace overlooking the swimming pool. A superb master bedroom with adjoining marble en suite, wide bath, walk-in shower and vanities in handmade limed wood cabinets. The master bedroom, which is located on the second level, leads out onto a huge sun verandah and features a king size bed. The staff consists of a daily house maid, daily laundress, and a garden and pool attendant. A chef can be employed upon request.

Anguilla, drier and flatter than many nearby islands, has thirty or so of the best beaches in the Caribbean. Here white coral reefs edge the deep blue sea - the main attraction for those seeking peace and relaxation. Anguilla is a flat coral island approximately sixteen miles by three, lying about ten miles north of St. Martin and twenty miles from St. Barths.
