Built in the spirit of the Great Bahamian Houses of the late 19th century, the villa is situated in the southwestern quarter of New Providence on its own tranquil and exclusive beach.

Conceived as a leisure paradise, the estate includes all sports facilities that could be imagined under the skies of the beautiful Bahamas, from tennis, gymnastics, volleyball, bicycling to a wide variety of water-sports. But perhaps the most inviting feature of this exclusive retreat resides in its extremely relaxing ambiance. Indeed, bathed by a light breeze and the soft rhythm of the Bahamian sea, life seems to flow differently here. Whether lying on a hammock with a good book under a coconut tree, or sipping a cool drink in the gazebo on the jetty which looks out over the transparent waters, anyone staying in this spendard villa will surely experience perfect relaxation.

Both cottages offer a bedroom with king-sized bed, a bathroom and a dressing area, a living room with a pull-out sleeper sofa, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. These cottages open out onto a large furnished verandah overlooking the sea. They are fully air- conditioned, equipped with ceiling-mounted music system, internet access and security alarm.

Award-winning design. This beautiful building has been added recently to accommodate more day time entertainment by the beach. A fully equipped gym overlooking the nature reserve with shower and changing room facilities plus a large seating area perfect for dining with a full view of the beach and sea.

The kitchen is located to the north-west end of the estate, close enough to ensure fast service and far enough to avoid any nuisance in the residential area. Guests will enjoy an international mix of haute cuisine from two very talented French chefs.

A plantation-style balcony with a bar incorporated for great viewing of the game. You'll find tennis rackets, shower and changing room all within this charming pavilion.

The park of the estate has been kept in its natural and untouched state as much as possible, making it a unique wild flora among which pathways have been marked for the pleasure of guests.

A 3-cars enclosed parking area with alarm system incorporated is strictly for owner's and guests' usage. Staff have their own parking area.

The fifteen staff members of the Villa foster a unique luxury experience. The majority of the staff have been trained in 'First Class' hotels and private yachts. The preponderance has worked in the Villa for many years proving themselves to be loyal, trustworthy, and dedicated to meeting and surpassing your every need and expectation. Uniformed security, with trained guard dogs, patrol the estate from 6 pm to 6 am.
