This breathtaking new villa is simply one of the finest homes available in the entire Caribbean region. From its unique location on the western end of spectacular Baie Rouge beach, the villa enjoys panoramic seaviews, beachfront access and gated privacy. This elegant villa features beautiful Mediterranean architecture, spacious rooms, tasteful designer furnishings and luxurious amenities not often found in other villas. Along with its fully-equipped media room, air-conditioned gym and rooftop sun deck, the villa includes two pools, one at the house level and another at beach level. As if all this were not enough, the services of a French chef are included! (food is extra).

Two Swimming Pools: Main Pool by the House has a very large deck, many lounge chairs, stone table and chairs for pool side dining, umbrellas and full music system. Beach Pavilion Pool with built-in chaises, umbrellas and cocktail table in the shallow end. Air conditioned gym with massage table, universal weight machine, treadmill, rollout single bed and full bathroom (The gym can also be used a an extra bedroom for kids).

Each of the six bedrooms has a private bath, air conditioning, ceiling fans, mosquito nets, hair dryer, safe, phone, TV, and room-to-room intercom. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, indoor and outdoor showers, and a private patio. Bedroom 2 has two Javanese twin beds, private bath with double sinks, indoor and outdoor showers, and a private patio. Bedroom 3 has a king size bed, bath with double sinks, bidet, a private patio, and a spectacular shower with retractable walls of glass to a private courtyard. Bedroom 4, which is on two levels, has king size bed, huge private bath with double sinks, indoor and outdoor showers, tub, bidet, and a private patio. Bedroom 5 has a king size bed, huge private bath with dressing area, double sinks, freestanding tub, bidet, and huge cliff side double shower. Walls of glass retract to create a true indoor/outdoor experience.

Equipment includes: Six-station stove, double oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, ice machine, blender, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and commercial outdoor BBQ. Ceiling fans, great views, custom cabinets, and granite countertops.

Mixture of Moroccan, Indonesian and Custom Wicker Furniture, original artwork and Mosaic, full sound system, ceiling fan, and walkup bar with refrigerator and ice maker. A powder room with hand cast glass sink adjoins the living room.
