With an intimate atmosphere and luxurious surroundings brimming with character and charm, and within walking distance from the picturesque fishing harbour of Sumartin, the villa is suitable for a wide variety of age groups and personalities.

Accommodation

Recently entirely renovated throughout, the villa is beautifully furnished and exceptionally well-equipped. All bedrooms are individually decorated using soft colours and furnished using lush fabrics and white Egyptian cotton linens individually controlled air conditioning and heating can be found in all the rooms. A daily made service will prepare beds and clean as well as provide a turn down service in the evening.

Dinning

On request the villa can be fully or partially catered. The cook can provide a menu with Dalmatian specialties cooked with fresh and regional ingredients as well as a daily breakfast service. All dietary requirements can be catered for. Guests have the choice of dining inside or alfresco. Alternatively guests can sample some of the local restaurants nearby.

Staff

Staff includes a daily maid service and a concierge house manager. Extra staff can be organised on request. Extra services such as laundry, baby sitting etc can be organised on request.

Activities

Activities that can be organised at the villa include water skiing; wake boarding, scuba diving, etc. Alternatively guests can relax in the Jacuzzi perched above the sea.

If you prefer to keep your feet dry we have plenty of options including lots of board games, chess, books, home cinema system, stereo system, satellite plasma TV, Xbox, table tennis, fishing equipment, etc. Or, you could find yourself a hammock with a beautiful view and let the gentle sea breezes caress you into blissful oblivion.

If you can tear yourself away from the villa, there are opportunities to visit the cultural sites of the island as well as the ancient cities of Split, Trogir and Dubrovnik. The fashionable resort of Bol with its famous beach is just a short drive or boat ride away.
