This spacious family villa, located on a hillside above Agrari Beach, offers both tranquillity and wonderful sea views. Agrari Beach, one kilometre away down hill, is a picturesque, sandy beach with deck chairs and umbrellas, beach bars and tavernas. Watersports are available at the Agrari Beach Hotel.

This is a large, new property, designed to accommodate a large group of family or friends together, or couples requiring a degree of independence. The main part of the house has three bedrooms and there are three studio apartments, each with kitchenette, on a lower level. Two stone stairways lead up from this level to the pool terrace, with swimming pool in a superb position with views over the sea and surrounding hills. Next to the swimming pool is a pergola-shaded dining area and large barbecue.

The charming interiors are simply, yet tastefully decorated, perfect for beach house living. The paintwork is white and blue, with white painted beamed ceilings and terracotta tiled floors. Amenities include satellite TV, DVD, CD player and air conditioning.

Fully equipped kitchen. Living room, opening to terraces and swimming pool. Double bedroom with 4-poster bed, opening to terrace and pool. Bedroom with bunk beds, ideal for children, also opening to terrace and pool. Bathroom, shared between these two bedrooms.

First Floor

Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and private balcony.

Lower Level

3 double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms and kitchenette. Each of these bedrooms have their own separate entrances from the garden.
