Villa 318 in Umalas, Bali

This beautiful and fully staffed retreat is in the heart of one of the most charmingislands of Asia. Located in the Oberoi/Kerobokan region of Bali, this tropical Villa is on the fringe of a little village - Umalas which faces rice fields and several beautiful pools and waterfalls. It is only a short distance (2km) to the fashionable Oberoi area (beach, restaurants, shopping, hotels, bars and nightlife) yet it is also quiet and safe.

The Villa has one full-time chef who is responsible for the shopping and preparation of your meals. If you wish to eat in, we have put together a menu which you can choose from. Breakfast, soft drinks and all-day snacks are available free of charge. Lunch and dinner, or dinner parties are available on demand. You are simply required to notify Ketut or Nyoman a few hours in advance and give money for grocery shopping, and the staff will purchase what is required. You will be presented with a receipt as proof of purchasing your goods. You are more than welcome to help yourself around the kitchen and dabble in some cooking yourself.

Housekeeping

Ketut and Dayu are on service from 8am to 5pm for housekeeping and to tendto your requests. Ketut, the cook, is on duty around lunchtime and from 4pm to 9pm. Nyoman can make special arrangements for extra staff if necessary or for dinner parties. The security staff, or Komang will be delighted to help you around. Please just ask them.

Laundry

The staff will tend to all your needs. There is a laundry basket in each bathroomfor you to use. This service is included in your rate (except for dry cleaningitems) and your laundered goods will be returned the next day. Please ensureto relay any special instructions so that your goods are handled properly - particularly silks and delicate fabrics.

Security

The Villa has four fully trained security guards and they patrol the estate24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Swimming Pool

The swimming pools are there to be used day and night. Komang cleans and sanitizes them every morning and the staff will provide towels for your convenience.

Please ensure that children are supervised at all times and be aware that pools are shallow in some areas. Diving is not recommended.
