The Estate features a heated pool, multiple spa tubs, partial air conditioning, 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, newly remodeled and freshly decorated interior, and superior privacy with one acre of manicured beautiful grounds.

Situated on the southern Maui coastline within the marine preserve of La Perouse-Ahihi Bay and Kanaio coastline is a spectacular freshly renovated vacation villa for up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, pool, ocean views, partial air conditioning, deluxe gym, and one acre of landscaped grounds.

The Estate is basically an ocean front home, a narrow single land path separating it from the coastline. The path is not visible from inside the villa or from the exterior grounds. From the Estate, the views extend over the gardens straight out towards the blue Pacific and the far off islands of Ka'aho'olawe and Lanai. Because the villa and the grounds surrounding it can not be seen from outside the Estate boundaries, the property can be considered extremely private. The villas floor to ceiling plate glass walls and screens fully retract creating a spectacular indoor/outdoor living environment in the living room.

The villa has 2 master bedroom suites, each with a private marble and granite en suite bathroom. The master bedroom on the main level has a king bed which faces into the ocean and setting sun, air conditioning, TV, VCR, leather sofa and side chairs, 2 line telephone, dual sink vanity, separate soaking jacuzzi tub, separate indoor and outdoor shower, and walk-in closet.

The upstairs master bedroom and bath comprises the entire upper level of the villa for ultimate privacy. From the king bed guests view directly towards the ocean. The room features many fine amenities including a CD player, 2 line speaker phone, side chairs, pine armoire, walk-in closet, TV, VCR, dual sink vanity, bath scale, separate toilet, dual head shower, and an ocean facing jacuzzi bath tub.

The third bedroom looks out across the garden and is located on the main level. It has a queen sized bed, ceiling fans, CD player, telephone, air conditioning, and private bathroom.

The 15meter swimming pool looks out to the ocean and green lawns. There is a formal dining area for 6 inside and a patio dining setting for 6 outside with a large propane BBQ for outdoor cook-outs with smoke and rotisserie functions. Other amenities include large TV, VCR, tape and CD stereo in living area. Garage and parking for 3-4 cars, automatic power entry gate, one acre of manicured and landscaped grounds. Other features include: extensive soft green grass lawns, 6 chaise lounge chairs for outdoor relaxation, Primestar satellite digital TV (available in 2 of the bedrooms and the living room), a safe for valuables, phone message system. Air conditioning is only available in the bedrooms and gym that is located next to the master bedroom on the main level. Ceiling fans have been fitted throughout the villa.

The entire interior was re-furnished in April of 1999 by a professional designer. The primary theme is light and contemporary to create a cool and comfortable environment with plush good quality carpeting in the living room and bedrooms and marble and glossy tile floors in walkways, bathrooms, and kitchen. Live green plants decorate the villa throughout.

The villa is completely equipped with cleaning supplies and equipment, starter supply of paper and soap products, washer/dryer, iron/board, beach towels, and other basic conveniences, which would be expected of a luxury villa.

Guests can easily enter the ocean across from the villa when the water is calm. With reef walkers or fins one can enjoy superb snorkeling or a pleasant swim. The area is unsurpassed for snorkeling, kayaking, and scuba diving. If guests would prefer to stay on land there are many nearby activities to keep them busy, like hiking, horseback riding, and mountain biking. World class golf, tennis, and resort dining and shopping are just minutes away.
