The charming port of Portisco with its small marina, supermarket, stores, restaurants and cafes is a five-minute drive away. Villa 900 is located within the grounds of a private estate patrolled 24 hours a day by security staff. Its' magnificent two-acre garden with well-tended lawns and plants, meanders down to the estate’s private beach – just a three-minute stroll from the house. Guests at this villa will enjoy exquisite views of the magnificent Sardinian sea, comparable only to the Carribbean for its beauty and limpidness. Highly attractive with an original modern structure built into the side of a hill, the villa is the epitome of comfort and exquisite taste.

The ground floor has two living areas, right and left, split by an open, but sheltered terrace overlooking the sea. With its wooden flooring, this special terrace is the ideal spot for relaxing and soaking up the sun, as well as al-fresco dining. A corridor off to the right leads to one twin bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. This room also has French doors that provide access to the terrace. To the left there are three double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower and again French doors opening onto the terrace area with access to the garden.

A door to the left opens onto a spacious living room and attached dining room with large luminous windows overlooking the Mediterranean. At the rear a small corridor with sliding doors leads to a large and fully equipped kitchen. Further down there is both a laundry and pantry, and finally another twin bedroom alongside an extra bathroom with shower.
