This private villa is located on a large and beautiful property in north eastern Sardinia. Because of this, there are virtually no other buildings in sight. The villa was built in 1976 by Caccia Dominioni, a famous Italian Architect.
The villa is located in a small bay and has direct access to its sandy beach. The villa is set back 50 meters from the beach and offers exceptional views of the bay which forms a well protected natural harbour, even for large yachts. Located only 10 minutes walk from the villa is another beach which is famous for its crystal clear water.

Included in the rental price is one maid and one cook, 8 hours per day, 6 days per week.
This modern 600 sq. m ( 6'900 sq. ft) villa is set in a secluded position of the private estate and only 50 m. (165 ft.) from a beautiful sandy beach.
